After inquiring who is calling, no response. After about two (2) minutes, an recorded message advises "if you wish to place a call, hang up and dial again." Research using a reverse cell phone number search reveals the cell phone is in Arlington Heights, IL. This is not the first time someone called my residence from this cell phone number.
