That's the only clear part..the rest sounds like he has his mouth right on top of the mouthpiece, so you can't understand what he is saying, although you can recognize that he says it is urgent that you call him back at 800-920-8260 (that number is not spoken by him, it is a recorded voice inserted into Steven's "recorded" message) This message left on my answering machine is looped...it just continues and starts over and over and over.
