Phone Number Report: Auto dialer - Asian American male voice, talks about new hydrogen fuel cell General Motors Automobile. Repetitive dialing every 30 seconds, continues daily except for weekends. We cannot use our telephone. call blocking does not work. The number is now showing up unknown name, unknown caller. We have not been able to use phone since December 7,2011. Telephone company cannot stop this. Help! I do not want to change my number!
