Phone Number Report: i just got this call in spanish asking about my dad, and our address, saying they were just confirming and they were going to send a calling card or something. they asked for my dob but were talking so fast. i hung up then they called like 5 times i told them i had to go they kept talking after i gave them my dob they hung up. i really dont know what that was about does anyone know????

Phone Number Report: What is with all these numbers that come through and then when you call them back it says the number isn't available!!! I don't get it but I want it to stop! Why can't the FTC do something? And what is the point of having a no call list of number if they get through anyway? It make me think that the FTC and these telemarketers are all in it together! This is becoming an day and night disturbance!

Phone Number Report: I got a call from this number. The woman said her name is Lisa, with Indian accent, from Verizon. She went on to tell me my number was drawn and I won a free cell phone with a discount plan. She asked me my address and date of birth to verify. Then she went on to ask my driver's license number. I refused to give it to her so she asked my SSN. At this point, I thought it was very suspicious so I hung up. About 1 hr later, she f***ing dared calling me to ask for my SSN again. This time the number on my cell phone showed up as 2029. I hung up the second time. I've been doing some research on the internet and some folks on other sites said it may be the scammers from Nigeria trying to steel your identifications. They use Skype to call you and the redirected number shown as 206-336-7231.

Though, this number kept popping up on my husband's number, that's weird. Plus.. they never left any messages. Eventually, i tried to call back from both of our phones for a few time.
