Best way to fight this type of call, is to call number using using call blocking. This will give the person a taste of their own medicine.

Phone Number Report: It began as a recording from Card Services saying that my standing with my credit card was good and they wanted to help me lower my interest rates. (I don't own a single credit card) I pushed the number (9) to get a live person on the phone and got a man with a deep Indonesian accent. I told him I don't own a credit card and wanted to know how to make them stop calling me, at which time he started arguing with me, insisting I had just made a purchase at Victoria's Secret (I have never shopped there in my life). Then he began asking me for my name, if I was married, how many kids I have... so I got angry and asked him what business that was of his. He asked 3 times how many kids I have, and said I sounded like a young lady, then asked where I buy my bras & panties. When I began yelling at him, telling him "how dare you..." he hung up on me. When I tried to call the number back to find out what was going on, I get a recording saying the number has been disconnected. I am angry, this is 2 calls 2 days in a row from the same place. The first call a woman answered and when I asked how to get off their calling list she hung up on me. I got the same "this number has been disconnected" recording when I tried to call it back yesterday. How to make these calls stop???
