He asked for someone who doesnt live here and I told him so. He asked again if he/she lived here and again I told him no, & he said "this is the number she gave to us so we can reach her" I told him that I highly doubt that and told him not to call my number again.

I let him have it and put the number on call blocking. Problem solved.

Phone Number Report: I believe this is from a debt collector since they don't say who is calling and they make you go through the prompts before hanging up. I am not the person they are looking for. The computer voice reads the person's name, asks if it's you, then after you say no, it repeats the same prompts 3 times.
