Phone Number Report: I happened to do a reverse look up on 202-367-9083, and found that it is a VERIZON MOBILE PHONE NUMBER, out of Washington DC. Now, if it's a collector, why are they using their personal phone? Secondly, according to the information I gathered through a certain source, it shows the number originates from what seems to be 'downtown' Washington DC, on a side street. It doesn't make sense, at all, especially once you factor in the "can't leave a message" and the subject stating "this is important business." I also received a number of calls from this individual. I returned the question, asking who THEY were, and was disconnected. Repeatedly. They continue to call, and I will be contacting them through mail, since they don't seem to understand plain English, or the word "litigation." I would recommend not disclosing personal information to them, whomever they say they are.

Today I said hello, their IVR said please wait for operator; after 15 seconds a guy comes and asks to speak to Rachel "something"; I asked who was calling and form where; I think he said IC Systems; pushed harder as to why he kept calling and the a-hole became rude, said it was none of my business and then hung up as I was demanding that they never call my cell phone again.
