Asian voice said company name was itemporis solutions and she was calling from Cardiff office. She gave me instructions to confirm to her a number in my computer. Think it was CLS ID number. When i didn't comfirm this number to her and asked why i should trust her as a coldcaller she couldn't give me a valid answer and kept warning me that my computer would fail due to these malware infections.

Today, I spoke to him and he wanted me to Run "eventvwr". I googled it first and it looks like its an ongoing scam from an indian call centre. Gave Sandy a peace of my mind and abruptly hung up!!!

Phone Number Report: I have now received five calls from what sounds like an Indian call centre, from different people every time, claiming I am having problems with my computer. They are after someone with a different surname; they give the wrong post code - & they claim to be a technical company working for microsoft calling as part of a contract to sort out reported problems with my computer, whuch will be done for free because I am a microsoft customer. They will not be told they are talking to the wrong person, even though the name and address they quote are not mine, and they want access to my computer so they can give me some code to make it better because it has a virus. When I ask to speak to the manager they hang up on me. Five times in the past four days.

Claimed my computer had an infection/virus and to go to touchmypc.com. They kept on calling and wouldn't take no for an answer and started cursing. I hope these people get what's coming to them.
