They were asking for my manager and would not be clear about what they were calling about. When I asked to leave a message they said they would call back. The call was very suspicious and did not sound professional.

Phone Number Report: some guy called friday feb. 18th, 2011 four times, said our place of business kept calling him - he threatened to "sue" us, used the "F" word alot and kept saying he "knows Frank Garrett" we have no idea who this is, but the number 000-012-3456 definetely wierd, has called twice today 2-24-11. Phone Number Report: THis lady called and said she spoke with a person here and she named that person then said she was told that I was the one who ordered supplies. She was selling her business and was wanting to get rid of inventory. I let her go through her whole thing to humor her and then told her that we have gotten 3-4 calls like this and its a scam. Wow did she ever get mad. She said I spoke to so and so on this day and I said well then I can call him and ask him. She said go ahead this isn't a scam! But then she hung up. Plus she tricked the caller id with a spoof number, so to me that says SCAM! Don't fall for it.

Phone Number Report: Receiving calls from 0000123456 at our Non Profit Business every 10 to 20 seconds. When picked up, we hear a recorded message that sounds like a bad copy of a TV or Radio commercial. It leaves a voicemail every time, unless we pick up the call and hang up. We have changed numbers twice. Unfortunately this seems to be a targeted prank. Since we need to be able to receive calls, by necessity we referenced the new number in the voice mail on the old number. Each time it found the new number. Now it calls both numbers, every 10 to 20 seconds. Only a matter of time before it finds the new number too.

Phone Number Report: A man was charging me for a catering expense and wanted $64,000 because of the states debs. He stated that I was going to be arrested tomorrow. In the beginning of the call he stated my name! Later in the call I asked him my name and he said that it was rick James? Then he said that I was being charged for inappropriate language. I then decided that it was a prank/fishing call because it was 10:29 so I hung up.

My daughter also received calls from this number and her original voice mail greeting was mysteriously replaced with a vulgar rap song.

Phone Number Report: Caller has been calling every 2 minutes for the past week. Originally we were getting a telemarketer with a recorded poor quality message which we could not understand. After installing caller ID which the phone company said we had to do, and when we block unknown callers we still get the phone ringing with no one on the line. We have gotten poor cooperation from the phone company. They said today they will get the calls stopped within 48 Hours. We shall see. Otherwise we have had to leave our phone off the hook for the past week. We are registered with the "Do not call".
