My mother refused and eventually had to hang up on him to get him off the phone. I called the number back and it had a very generic answering message saying that if you recieved a call from this phone, they are telemarketers and if you want to be taken off their list press 1, If you want a follow-up call in a few days, press 2, and if you requested to be taken off their list previously and still being called press 3. This is all pretty shading .
