After I filed my resume, I had to call their "Human Resources Verification Dept." This put me in touch with a guy who verified my name and phone number, and explained that the call would take from 5 to 20 minutes. He then asked me if I had plans for continuing education. When I said, "no," he quickly said that his manager had my file and would contact me if they were interested in hiring me. It wasn't a 5-minute call, it was a 2-minute call. As soon as they learned that I was interested in a job, not paying for more education, they hung up on me like I was a prank caller!
