The message was obviously a recording because the first few seconds were cut off since automated dialers can't tell the difference between a human saying "hello" and a recorded greeting that has to finish before it can record the call. I have no idea whether this is a legitimate business offer or some kind of scam.

Since my phone number is listed in the National Do Not Call Registry, they are obviously not pre-screening their phone lists prior to calling. Therefore, I submit a complaint for every single one of these calls.
