I had afraud call last spring 2011 and was supposed to be arrested by 10:00 a.m. that day...well it didnt happen. I reported to proper agency and my bank....this number leaves no message and ask if you get in error hang up....now common since is if you owe somone they have to notify you in writing about the debt and who its to and dates of service and so on..so dont answer the phone..if they leave a message call your cell carrier and block this number.
