I've reported this to the FTC DNC list. I found a way to silence the ring by adding their number as a contact called "SPAM" and selecting "No Ring" as their custom ring. She claimed I owed the full balance of a credit card I paid off in late 2006/early 2007. She was incredibly rude and tried to talk over me, just like all of the other CSR's that have called me from this company. I receive these calls non-stop. I contacted the credit card company and confirmed I had paid off completely, so I contacted the attorney general who told me to get the company's address and mail them a certified letter with return receipt stating that they are not to contact me again.
