The health care company they represent is www.galaxyhealth.net Galaxy does not do the billing; they hire someone else to do this so they keep their hands clean. This happened to my grandmother back in November. The bank draft had "GHC services 1-800-431-6211" on it The two guys I spoke with at 800-460-1592 went by "Ray" and "Michael Johnson" The woman I spoke with at Galaxy Health went by "Deon" she is the one who told me to contact Ray or Michael for a refund. She was reached at 1-800-800-7616 ext 1823. Instead of a refund they tried to withdraw several hundred from her account twice. They tried again last week to get information on her new account. This time he went by Frank Peterson, he said he was with the banks fraud department. I stopped him; He gave a bad call back number 800-554-3081 Good Luck, and change your account number they will come back for more!!!

If you have NOT already done so, you need to contact your bank or credit card issuer immediately and report this as a fraudulent charge! I am debating closing my card b/c I feel they may make future charges unauthorized charges, which is no different than stealing (they do have the numbers now). This is a FRAUD / SCAM, and I too thought I was purchasing Microsoft AntiSpyware. Get your bank or CC issuer to investigate, stop payment to them, possibly close your account and credit you the amount withdrawn. Phone Number Report: This woman, named Klenesha, called and said I owed Capital One $3200.00. And she was calling on behalf of CApital One, and this was an attempt to collect a debt. I denied that I have ever had a Capital One credit card. She said I did, they can prove it, and that they could come and take away my house (I live in an apartment), if I didn't pay the debt off with her today. Once again I denied having a Capital One account. She said that she was putting "it" down that I was unwilling to work with her and avoiding acceptance of my legal debt. I told her to put down on there, too, that I beat women, children, and dead elephants. Then not more than five minutes later, they call again and it is a man, named Harvey, and says that I must pay at least a minimum of $573.00 today, or I can pay $163.00 over 5 months, or they have other arrangements, but I must pay something today to avoid them contacting my employer to garnish my salary (I am retired). I said please do not call Walmart and tell them that. Then he asks which Walmart is that? I said it is the one on Magoo Avenue, and then I hung up. Believe it or not, less than 3 hours later, they call again, and leave a voicemail that says for me to call their offices at 866-913-2236 Unbelieveable ! !
