I called it - they said it was a Legal ID Protection service. Said they called my mother in October and signed her up for a 10 day trial of the service. Since she didn't cancel (we don't think there even was a call), they started up the service. She agreed to cancel but no refund. Then I threatened reporting them to the BBB - so she agreed to refund the $9.95 - got a refund conf # and everything but never got a refund. I can't even find out the company name without paying for a reverse phone number look up. The charge indicated they were from Florida. They were never given a credit card number - think they got it from another ripoff company who also got it illegally. Stay far away!
