I called them and they informed me they only handled the transaction for a company called YOUR BENEFITS. I called a number for YOUR BENEFITS given to me by AltCharge.com and got a company called THIRD PARTY who says they are a customer service company for YOUR BENEFITS. They told me to send back the package and my mother's money would be refunded to her account. Well, I never saw a package from them, so they said they would request a cancellation anyway. This was July 2010, it is now October 2010. The money has not been put back in my mother's account. Every week I call they tell me they have not received a response from YOUR BENEFITS and they will submit the request again. They tell me to call back every week until the money is put back into my mother’s account. I cannot find out any information on this company called YOUR BENEFIT or THIRD PARTY.
