They respond, "That is personal business and can not be divulged to 3rd parties." What the heck????? Then when called back to find out a company name the just answer with a first name no company name. Then I asked them what company they are with they still wouldn't tell me. I explained my situation...they are calling my work trying to reach a family member. I'd like to know who they are with so I can tell that person who is calling other than "someone". I tried to explain my situation to the guy that answered and he was rude as well and hung up on me. I called right back and when the recording came on it hung up on me so I called again...yep same thing hung up on me again. I called from another line here at work and they answered...the same female I spoke with in the origional phone call. When asked again what the business name is she told me, "That is personal information". What the heck... YOUR BUSINESS NAME IS PERSONAL INFORMATION OF MY FAMILY MEMBER? so basically every time they tell someone who they are they are divulging MY family members personal business to someone else? This place is messed up. THE BUSINESS NAME IS ARRAY SERVICES. They are a debt collector for medical bills.
