It is a marketing pitch for phone service to Viet Nam. I've asked them to stop and complained to the do not call registry with no result. They just call from another number the next day. I would change my number if I could but this is my business cell phone. I am thinking of jamming their phone (especially their toll free number) so they will learn how it feel to get un-solicited phone calls they they have to pay for.
