In my opinion that Protégé SVCS is related to Telna (Telecom North America) formally 3U Telecom long distance phone service and that Telna provides toll free telephone numbers to Protégé SVCS who then adds the toll free number to a automated dialing system that repeated calls the toll free number. For each call the automated system makes, the customer using the toll free number is charged and for each charge, the Telna customer pays Telna thereby providing them additional money. In my opinion, I would cancel any toll free number provided by Telna to avoid such experiences and related charges.
