I also asked for their website. They didn't have one, but directed me to this site www.tico.on.ca which is a government site that apparently regulates vacation companies. What was funny was, "Family Vacations Center" wasn't even on the list. I also recently received a call from another agency called GeoHolidays, who had the same pitch and called me several times. Don't fall for it!

This is the information that I have found out about them and I have listed information on how to file a complaint on them. I did find Pinnacle Financial Group's website http://www.pfgservices.com/ppms.html and on this page I have directed you to, Pinnacle brags that they now have PPMS Quality Certification through ACA International (which stands for The Assoc. of Credit and Collection Professionals". According to their website each member should abide by their Code of Ethics which Pinnacle Financial Group CLEARLY is NOT. I suggest that you go to this page on the ACA's website and file a complaint where it states the following" http://www.acainternational.org/codeofconduct.aspx?cid=11672 Look for this: "Upon completion of the complaint form, you can e-mail the form to ACA at ethics@acainternational.org, fax it with any supporting documentation to (952) 915-3922 or mail the complaint and supporting documentation to: ACA International, Attn: Ethics Department, PO Box 390106, Minneapolis, MN 55439-0106." Instead a message came on saying I needed to say yes for more information about the number. still thinking i had a new activation line, i said yes. I then received a text message saying I was now enrolled in a monthly service (SVC) for $9.95 a month. I sent a message back right away saying to stop this and that no authorization was given. I received a message saying the service I had "subscribed" to was now cancelled and no "further" charges would be incurred.
