Phone Number Report: take note:When a company calls you claiming you owe a bill they must submit/mail you something in writing. always have them do this, that way if it is a legitimate debt, you have proof of contact and if its a legit company, they will do so with no problem. Remember debt collectors are working for the company that you MAY owe a bill to. So if you think you owe, call the original creditor. they would love to handle it on their end anyway because then they do not have to pay the collection agency a fee for getting the debt collected. Besides, payment plans are the best option because you can get it down to pennies on the dollar. If the government will give you a payment plan with a break for back taxes one may owe, I do think that these companies would perfer something instead of nothing. WELL thats just a little FYI from a person who has to do collections for a casino in VEGAS

Also is says thet for security and privacy reasons federal regulations requirs me to enter a 6 digit numner of my choice to discuss personal account information and to speak with a customer service rep. Of course I have not done this and feel that if I have an account with these people I would know it and they would not have to call me. I can access any of my accounts by computer and I know this is not one of them. I wish for these calls to be stopped asap.
