This number is also a different number than they started with. She also uses a personal phone because the 800 # will call, then "Private Name/Private Number" then "Unavailable." We don't answer. However they are looking for a person who does not live at my number. I got my phone number in the early '90s so any debt they are looking to collect is long since written off, because a legitimate creditor or debt collector does not wait 20 years. They are referred to as "bottom feeders." They buy old debt from companies that have written the debt off and try to collect. I noticed from another website when I researched the other 800 # that the people posting mentioned Citibank a lot.
