I called back and got another man when I realized they had the wrong number he got very angry and accused me of lying. This went back and forth for several minutes but he finally said he would remove my number. The very next day I got another yelling message from the extension 4738. I called for the second time hopeing to get this resolved. Again I got another man who also accused me of lying and was rude and yelling at me. He threatened me by telling my number will never be taken off and I will get a call from them everyday for the rest of my life. I told him I didn't have to take this sh** from them and hung up. I then called the third time to speak with the manager who proceeded to yell at me for swearing at his employee. I explained to him that his employee threatened me but he didn't care. At that time I just hung up and now sending out this complaint. This is a collections company in Huston, Texas that deals with student loans. They would never give me the name of the company.
