We don't owe anything and found it fishy because he asked for me by my maiden name and then asks for my husband. People beware of scams and never give out any information about anyone.

Never requested info or a mortgage from BofA or anyone else. When I called 800-865-9814, it wanted me to pay 4.50 to dial another number to be connected. Caller ID had call from 503-531-4573. When I called that number, John Powers from Bank of America answered and claimed it was a mistake and I should not be bother by that phone message. I have a very unique last name, and the message was left at my work phone. Only one other person in this country has same name as me, and is related. When I called him, he was not in the market for a mortgage loan either.
