Phone Number Report: This guy that answer this number is always the same operator pretending to be a application center for discovery credit card company he sends out fake discover credit card application letters inventation so you call him with a ID acceptance number when you call he pretends to be signing you up for the discover card gets your personal information dob ssn address and if you have a bank account he always ask then will always say your discover credit card app was denied and you'll get a letter of denial reason why then says he will update the system HE IS NOT DISCOVER CREDIT CARD COMPANY HE IS PENN CREDITOR scamming you to call to give him personal info so he can collect a debt down the road and update records I think this is fraud not sure illegal some type of trust violation act or something 800-550-0748 and 800-900-1367 is the same place and pretending to be discover master card company that really penn creditor to trick you out of sensitive information.

I checked my account today and I have made all the purchases on my account. I even sent my bank a message hoping they won't put my card on hold.
