They actually gave my aunt her account information over the phone and actually called comcast to cut off her cable service, and comcast did cut it off but then she called comcast back and they restored it. He described her house to her saying he was sending a technician over to cut off the rest of the power if she didnt pay him $900 thru some prepaid debit or gift card at a CVS or Walgreens and that she only had half an hour to go do that.

Then report him to your local authorities. Don't fall for his scams! Or just hang up or don't answer if you see that callerID.
