My payments are due on the 9th of every month and they also allow a 21 day grace period. The 9th fell on a Sunday, so I was going to make my payment on Monday afternoon from my computer, but before I could do so, they were calling me asking when I was going to make my payment. It hadn't even been 24 hours yet, and already "Oscar" was calling and telling me he wasn't going to stop calling me until I paid him. I asked to speak with a supervisor after he gave me a rude attitude and when I spoke with the supervisor, he said he would make a note on the account to not call me unless it is past my 21 day grace period. So far I haven't heard anything from them, but they days not over yet. We will see I guess!
