Phone Number Report: I am tired of getting this call from a Josh telling me that I have so much in credit card debt and that I'm paying 29% interest. It then tells me to press 1 to speak with someone. Never get anyone. When I call their number back then I get someone asking me if I want to speak with an agent. I tell them 'no' I want you to take my name and number off of your list, they hang up. I've called 2 times now and received the same thing. Only the 2nd time I informed them that I would file a lawsuit against them. I find it very interesting that you really can't track down this companies whole business information and address. I'm sick of them calling even though I am one the do not call list they keep calling anyway. Why sign up for it if you're going to keep getting these types of calls!

I get about 10 calls a week, on my house and cell phones. Everyone I know gets these calls at the same rate. These people must be stopped.

I have received multiple calls from this company over the past three months on both my home phone (6 calls) and my cell phone (3 calls). The recorded message states that your auto warranty is about to expire, and you need to act to secure extended coverage and keep your car from being without warranty protection. It also states that this will the last call to offer you such an opportunity. IT WON’T! If you hang up at this point figuring it will be the final call, they just call back again in a few days. Then the recorded message offers you the option to be removed from the number data base by pressing “2”, or speak with a representative by pressing “1”. Pressing “2” will not remove you from their number data base. Pressing “1” will put you in communication with a sales representative. If you tell this person that you do not want them calling you, they assure you that they will personally remove you from their number data base, but it may take up to seventy-two hours before the number is removed. This doesn’t seem to work either. Finally today, I spoke with “Rick”, a supervisor in their Georgia office. He stated that since they have offices in fifteen states, although one associate may remove me from that data base, I may still receive 15 other calls from their other offices. I told “Rick” that was not acceptable since they were all representatives of the same company, and I had previously told them to quit calling me. I stated that their aggressive and harassing marketing tactics were burning my cell phone minutes, and I would be filing a complaint with the FCC. At that point “Rick” hung up on me. Once I have posted this, I will be filing a complaint against this company at the FCC website.
