Highway Patrol. He called his local FHP Station Troop D in Orlando and was told that they had received several complaints about this number and that it was not legit. Another poster from the phonenotes.org website said that he was told that the caller was Florida Power and Light and that they were looking for a 500.00 back payment from him.
