Research has disclosed that both numbers belong to a debt collection company called General Revenue Corporation (GRC for short) located in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have no idea why this company is contacting me since the only debt I carry is a small monthly balance on one credit card, which I pay off every month. My house is free and clear, I never took out a student loan (I was graduated from college in 1964), and I have paid cash for any car I ever bought. I did learn that my current phone number that they are calling did formerly belong to another person in the metropolitan area in which I live, so maybe that's whom GRC is trying to contact. Otherwise, it is a nuisance and being on the gov't-sponsored donotcall registry doesn't seem to stop GRC from calling.
