I got this call and almost answered it until I remembered that this is a new number and my Canadian relatives don't have it yet... The message warned me to hang up unless (my name though highly butchered)because it contained "personal information" and now I am really worried about what this is all about and how they were able to get information on an American citizen - this seems illegal to an international proportion!
