So far, I've made many ways/efforts to stop the scam call and remove my information on their list, including I press corresponding bottom on the phone in order to stop the scam call in future and/or remove my information on their list, called back for request to stop the automatic scam calls, made a way to get their persons online, talk to the callers and tell them that my phone has been registered on National DO NOT Call, please remove my information and do not call me in future. However, they ignore all my efforts and requests, and keep in call me every day. And on the scam call on May 1, 2012, when I got a person talking to me and I told the guy that I've reported them to FCC, he said "FCC gave to us you phone number, so you should sue FCC", then he immediately hang up the phone. I felled that I've been abused by the Rachel of Cardholder Services since 2008. And I am seeking for any help to stop such illegal scam abusing. Please let know, if you have any question. Thanks.
