Eventually a damaged (open) envelope, enlosed inside a clear plastic bag from the post office, arrived at my home. Without much thought, I opened the bag and began reading the letter only to find that it was addressed to the same, unknown individual to which countless other letters were previously mailed. The letter was from a debt collector named Presley. I promptly called Presley in an attempt to inform them that nobody by that name has ever lived at this home. Presley responded by citing his federal legal powers and sworn credentials and proceeded to threaten me with arrest for opening mail not addressed to me. After listening to his threats and attempts to intimidate, I gave this a$$ a stern talking to and informed him that nobody by that name has EVER lived in this house. I then informed him that impersonation of a law enforcement officer for business purposes or personal gain is a felony. I then identified myself and advised him that I'm the one with the handcuffs and badge! The mail stopped.
