I've had several of these calls, all the same thing but with different phone numbers. All cell numbers. Other numbers with same recorded message and option to talk to rep: 701-920-9638 (Jan 2011) 406-852-8001 (Aug 2010). I pressed option # to talk to rep on latter number. I noted that recorded msg didn't say which credit card company. Rep said they "represent Visa, incl Chase & Bank of America, that they work with both companies to lower credit card rates. I said no thanks, would call companies directly if interested, don't want to go thru a 3rd party. Looks like a scam to me.
