However, a Robert Saunders tricked me into giving him the numbers on the greendot card for $200 and told me that the meds would be coming from Walgreens. I DID NOT receive the medication. When I complained to them, they got another man to call me from 610-990-6121 pretending to be the a DEA agent, and told me that my medicaton was confiscated from the Dominican Republic and that I was going to have to pay a fine or go to jail. He got me to send $400 to a man named Jose Rodrigues Acosta at Bani, Dominican Republic because that is where the "medication" was confiscated. If I had researched the number ahead of time, I would have known that this was extortion. I am not a person who is easily fooled by stuff like this--so that shows how good these guys are at what they do. Please, please beware and DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THESE GANGSTERS! I AM OUT $600 AND I AM ON SOCIAL SECURITY SO I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE MONEY LIKE THIS. I AM ASHAMED THAT I WAS DUMB ENOUGH TO BE FOOLED AND EXTORTED ON. Please beware!!!!!!! I called back and talked to someone names John with a very thick Indian accent. John informed me that he is calling from a company called Advanced Cash USA and started reading to me different info from my past history like old bank account numbers and addresses and places of work. I aked him how much I owe to avoid the legal fees and he said $602.00 but he'll settle for $445.00. I asked him how I can pay and he said that I can pay with a visa or mastercard. I'm supposed to call him back now after I get to a fax machine so he can fax me some papers regarding how to send him this money. I've never taken a loan from any small companies like Advance Cash USA. The last loan that I took was my student loan back in 2003. Another thing that "John" mentioned was that he was on eastern time so I should hurry and send him the money today before 12:00pm my time, to avoid legal action. He gave me same song and dance that everyone else has reported ... when he asked if I was willing to take care of this matter today, I asked him if he would send me something in writing that I did not know of any money owed. He told me that there was nothing to send because the loan I supposedly took out was over the internet and did not require a signature or paper trail. When I asked that I be sent something again, he said he was calling my employer and hung up. I called back, a total of 3 more times, being told it was a different person each time yet they knew exactly who I was and would hung up on me. This is a total scam ... I hope that before anyone gives these people the money they are looking for that they read these posts. I just want to know how I can report them.
