They lied when they told me they couldn't ship until confirmation. It had already shipped when they started calling. My daughter called and cancelled the order she never confirmed. They will not leave message or speak when answered. Beware of these peole. Somehow when I first looked up the 2nd # my computer started an extremely fast download with pink background. Happened so fast I could only think to shut down computer. I did see that it said something about a virus attacking my computer. It freaked me out so I restored just to be safe.I did note also that I have never seen anything download that fast.
