I asked her if it was a card that I could roll a balance over- she ignored my question and asked how much I owed- I said I'm just trying to figure out what you are offering me first and then she became rude and said I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU, NOW I NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH YOU OWE!!!!
