Each time i get offered a discount rate on my renewal that by chance was done automatically. I tell them that is not so, that I have paid them in full and have asked to be removed from call list and not to renew my at all. I have been removed from the auto renewal and call list at each conversation I am told this, but if I act now I can get my last 20 months for 39.99 a month for the the rest of my subscription. THIS has been going on for 4 yrs. I have paid them over $700 and still getting harassed by them. I am over it. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
