I have tried everything - asking them not to call again, listening to their pitch and saying I am not interested, saying I am not interested before they tell me the pitch, hanging up, remaining silent until they hang up, not answering and letting it go to voice mail, yelling and acting crazy - nothing works. They keep calling, sometimes from this number and sometimes from other numbers. Today I told the guy to stop calling. He said "why?" When I said I have been on the do not call registry since 2003, he became belligerent and said I should be more concerned about credit card debt than being removed from their calling list. When I said that the only appropriate response is "Sorry, I'll remove you and never call again," he said "if you don't want us calling then why did you give us all this information?" So I yelled that I was going to report them and hung up. I have already reported them several times. I'm not optimistic that will work for more than a couple of days.
