After some issues with false rate quotes and poor service, and constant calls the day after a bill is issued to pay (which telecom company does that?), we decided this was not a company worth keeping. the guy who called my dad originally to inform him (probably from some 3rd party agency) called today stating he had helped us a lot and wanted us to enroll in more services. My father told him he did not help and rather mislead us and to leave us alone. Since then, he has been calling non stop, has cursed at my father and sister. and is repeatedly calling (at least over 50 times in the last half hour) to prevent us from sleeping.
