There should be fines for anyone who helps these crooks by actually believing they are legitimate. The have probably a 1 in 1000 chance of a moron answering when they call, so they keep calling and calling, bugging the rest of us.

I called the number and got hung up on after I started to say not to call back. I called twice, each time it was answered they'd say "Customer service, how may I help you? Is this ______?" They said my son's name... I was finally able to get someone to remain on the phone long enough to say what I needed. She was rude and told me I didn't want to "go there" with her.
